Teton County School District is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in relation to age, sex, race, color, religion, national origin sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. This policy governs all matters concerning staff, students, educational programs and services, and individuals with whom the School District does business. The notice shall include a reference to the person and the address and telephone number of the staff member designated to coordinate civil rights compliance. Training
TCSD adheres to the training requirements for all staff. Below is a listing of trainings conducted during the 2020-2021 School Year

The McGrath Response System, provides a comprehensive approach to harassment, discrimination and bullying awareness, intake, and investigation, with an emphasis on procedures and skills that are legally fit and educationally sound. Our ultimate goal is to give you the knowledge and practical tools you need to create safer and more effective K-12 learning environments. This course has been updated to be fully compliant with the new Title IX regulations.


The 10-hour course will be administered through Canvas and includes a combination of text, video, graphics, and assessments. To achieve your course completion certification you need to complete each of the required course learning modules and assessments.

By 8/27: Complete the course introduction and the section on Legal Liability
By 9/10: Complete the module on Level 1
By 9/17: Complete the module on Level 2
By 9/24: Complete the module on Level 3
