Training
TCSD adheres to the training requirements for all staff. Below is a listing of trainings conducted for employee groups.
The McGrath Response System, provides a comprehensive approach to harassment, discrimination and bullying awareness, intake, and investigation, with an emphasis on procedures and skills that are legally fit and educationally sound. Our ultimate goal is to give you the knowledge and practical tools you need to create safer and more effective K-12 learning environments. This course has been updated to be fully compliant with the new Title IX regulations.
The 10-hour course was administered through Canvas and includes a combination of text, video, graphics, and assessments. To achieve your course completion certification you need to complete each of the required course learning modules and assessments.
By 8/27: Complete the course introduction and the section on Legal Liability
By 9/10: Complete the module on Level 1
By 9/17: Complete the module on Level 2
By 9/24: Complete the module on Level 3
